Who may use Grace App

Grace App is intended for licensed/regulated mental health professionals and organizations and their authorized staff.

Customer responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate consents from clients (especially for optional AI/audio features).
• Configure workflows and retention consistent with your legal obligations.
• Keep login credentials secure and restrict access to authorized users only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security controls or tenant boundaries
• Upload malicious content
• Use the service unlawfully

AI features disclaimer

• AI outputs are drafts and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving clinical documentation.

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed per provider seat unless otherwise stated.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Taxes may apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel according to your plan terms. Cancellation ends future billing; some data may be retained according to retention obligations.

Privacy and data processing

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the final SaaS agreement and limitation language as formalized with legal counsel.
